This is my first attempt at a conversion app for OAR constraints.
The default values reflect the conversion from conventional lung (60 Gy/30#) to hypofractionated lung (55 Gy/20#).

For example, Lung V20<35% for conventional fractionation becomes V18<35% for hypofractionation.

And Spinal Cord DMax<50 Gy becomes DMax<44 Gy.
